REC 11PrivacyUK GDPR
Privacy policy
We collect no personal data through this site at present. The sections below describe what would apply if we open an enquiry route; until then, they describe nothing that is actually happening.
What we collect
At present we collect no personal data at all. We have no enquiry form, no telephone number and no email address in service, and we set no analytics or advertising cookies — see our cookies policy.
Why we would collect it
If we open an enquiry route, we would use what you give us only to answer your enquiry. We would pass nothing to any third party without your explicit, opt-in consent, recorded at the time, and we would state the purpose on this page before the route went live. None of this is in operation today.
Who we would share it with
We share no personal data with anyone, because we collect none. We have no commercial partner arrangement for this site. Our hosting provider necessarily processes ordinary server request data in order to serve these pages to you; beyond that, nothing.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK regulator for data protection and you can approach it directly about any data-protection concern. Feedback about the website itself is covered on our feedback page.
Making a data request
We have no enquiry route open, so we are collecting no personal data through one — see our contact page. When we open a route, we will publish a working address for data requests there. For more on how we work, see our regulatory status page.
