Feedback about this website

If you think something we have published here is wrong, out of date or badly sourced, we want to know. That is exactly the kind of correction that keeps this record worth keeping.

What this page covers

This page is about the website itself: the accuracy of what we publish, the sourcing of the figures on our statistics page, broken pages, and anything here that reads as misleading. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong in public.

We are not taking enquiries. We have no enquiry form, telephone number or email address in service, and nothing you send can reach us at present.

Because we have no contact route open, there is no channel through which you can send us feedback at the moment. When we open one, we will publish it on our contact page and describe it here.

What this page does not cover

If your concern is about a solicitor, barrister, claims company or other adviser you have instructed, it needs to go to that organisation first and then, if it is not resolved, to whichever body regulates them. Which body that is depends on who they are and what they did, so check their own published complaints information rather than relying on anything we say here. We do not set out time limits for that process, because they are not ours to set.

Data protection concerns

If your concern is specifically about personal data — how it is collected, used or kept — the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK regulator for data protection and you can approach it directly. Our privacy policy sets out what we do and do not collect. We name the ICO here only in that data-protection capacity; it has no role in any other kind of concern about this site.
